Making a Positive Impact
In today’s society there is a preconceived idea that, as a female, exercising involves extreme amounts of cardio i.e. running on the treadmill or spinning on a stationary bike for hours on end, and while that may be ideal for some, I want to show women that they can pick up a weight or incorporate resistance training without looking like an extreme bodybuilder.
